3. Document Submission

After successfully passing the interviews, candidates will be asked to submit important documents such as copies of diplomas, certificates, transcripts, and other relevant documents for the position applied for..

4. Reference Check

During this stage, the recruitment team will contact the references provided by the candidate to verify information and gain further insights into the candidate’s performance, work ethic, and personality from the perspective of previous colleagues or supervisors.

5. Offering Letter

Candidates who successfully pass all stages will receive a job offer letter. This letter includes details about the offered position, salary, benefits, and other terms and conditions. Candidates will have time to review and sign the offer letter before starting the onboarding process.
